At our Ataşehir center, 40–45 minutes of structured play integrated into the daily routine also help support more balanced sleep and nutrition habits. At the core of our program are the principles of the “Whole Child Approach” and “Follow the Child’s Lead.” Every child is a unique whole, with their own interests, temperament, and pace of development.
